Composition:

• Each gram contains Silicon Dioxide USP in gel base (q.s.).

General Information:

Silicon Dioxide Gel is a medical-grade product designed to improve the appearance of new and old scars, including hypertrophic, keloid, surgical, burn, and acne scars on the face and body. It is a non-surgical, cost-effective approach that helps soften and smooth scar tissue while neutralizing discoloration and flattening raised scars. It is easy to use and has no reported side effects.

Indications:

• Medical-grade topical silicone gel for treatment and prevention of problematic scars.

• Clinically tested to soften, flatten, and smooth scars.

• Helps relieve itching and discomfort.

• Improves appearance of acne scars and stretch marks.

• Forms a soft, gentle, non-sticky, transparent, odourless, waterproof film on the scar.

• Suitable for children.

Directions for Use:

• Use only after the wound is fully closed and sutures are removed.

• Do not apply to open wounds.

• Wash and dry the skin before each application.

• Apply a very thin layer twice daily and rub gently.

• Allow to dry for 5 minutes before covering with clothing, cosmetics, or pressure garments.

• Recommended treatment duration is at least 2-3 months until scar maturation and improvement.

Adverse Effects:

• Pharmaceutical-grade silica may cause respiratory irritation if inhaled but is not associated with silicosis.

• Not to be swallowed.

Storage:

• Do not store above 25°C.

• Protect from heat and light.

• Keep out of reach of children.
